- Secret: When an enemy casts a spell on a minion, summon a 1/3 as the new target. While it's fun to intercept enemy lightning bolts, a spellbender much prefers to intercept opposing Marks of the Wild.It just feels meaner. And blood elves. Well, they're a little mean.
- May 22, 2019 It’s keeping in line with the X mana X/X restore X health trend we’ve seen in HS. That 2/2 of MSOG, 3/3 farseer, 4/4 shroom brewer etc. But as weve seen with Deranged Doctor (8 mana 8/8 deathrattle restore 8 to hero) having big targeted heals is something plozzard doesn’t like. Boom, with the 6 boombots 6 dmg + 6x 4 + 7 only 37 dmg in.
- Actually it’s 6 cost you need a lackey out and to use the hero power. Which could make it a 6 cost 8 dmg with a 3/3, and a 1/1, 6 dmg with 3/3 1/1 and 2 2 cost minions or maybe 6 dmg 3/3 1/1 with 2 spells. The other Lackeys are useless without a minion on the board.
So far, all Legendary cards you can own in your deck are minions, there are no Legendary spells. There is one unique exception, Lord Jaraxxus, that is still technically a minion you place on the battlefield, but immediately is destroyed and replaces your hero with Lord Jaraxxus. There is also Ashbringer, which is a weapon that is equipped when Tirion Fordring's Deathrattle occurs.
